I admit it, I am a Sims 2 addict. I have all the expansion packs so far, including the new one Sims 2 Pets. Oh my goodness, it's so much fun. The pets do some hilariously realistic things. For instance, there is a catnip filled mouse toy for your cats. When a cat starts playing with it, after a few moments you see colored lights and little stars swimming around the cat's head and then they go a little bonkers, running around all insane. The only difference between that and my own cats is, I can't see the colored swirls. Cats in the Sims 2 will claw the heck out of your furniture unless you give them other options, just like real cats. You teach your pets proper (or improper) behaviors through verbal reinforcements such as praising or scolding. It's a lot easier to train a Sims pet sadly.
I haven't gottan a thing done over the past few days I wanted to do thanks to this game. I wonder if there's a 12 step program for Sims addicts? Nah, this is an addiction I like and, soon, I'll go back to my once or twice a week playing routine.

A fun little meme
This is a fun and interesting little meme. I realized I've done some interesting things.
10 things I've done that you probably haven't.
1. Lost your driver's license and a major credit card and had it returned by a famous author.
2. Danced the hula in a luau in Hawaii.
3. Had artwork published by three different publishers.
4. Been hugged by Neil Gaiman.
5. Had someone ask for your autograph.
6. Developed a successful online RPG.
7. Been a ballerina
8. Wrote an article on sexual fetishes (with more to come!).
9. Have been a telephone sex operator.
10 Have been a telephone psychic

another superb waste of time

You are Severus Snape.
You are a superbly sarcastic, somewhat evil wizard.
You are a former Death Eater but have found
your true calling in making students' life
hell.
Which Cool Evil Guy Are You?
brought to you by Quizilla
::grins:: I've seen this quiz floating around... I admit I probably skewed the results a little. I heart Snape.

An interesting time waster
When you type www.a in your address bar, what do you get?
What about www.b, www.c, www.d, etcetera?
I think you can probably learn a lot about a person by whatever links are in their history.
